When Jetstar Asia was offering Rs 8000/- return tickets from Bangalore to Singapore, the occasional 3 day food-orgy in Singapore was do-able (about the cost of doing 3 buffets for 2 in a 5 star) . Now that option is no more – there is new pan-asian restaurant in Church Street, Bangalore called Saigon which does a very acceptable Singapore Chilli Crab. try it.
I am not able to find a link to an authentic recipe for Kerala Mackerel fry. Maybe I will get someone back home to write it out for me..
